Digital Multimedia
Prerequisite: Introduction to Business and Technology
Grades: 9,10, 11, 12
Class Description:

   In this class students focus on website development, learn web languages such as: HTML, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP. Students will also learn introductory concepts of Graphic Design.  Adobe Creative Suite software which is one of today's most widely used web design and development programs are used by students. Programs used: Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Flash, Fireworks, and Illustrator.

 

Digital Multimedia II
Prerequisite: Digital Multimedia
Grades: 10, 11, 12
In this advanced course students learn to use Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Flash, Fireworks and HTML & XHTML to create Web Sites. Students will learn to develop Web Pages, add hypertext links, tables, frames, graphics, animation, video, sound and forms.
In this class students learn edit and use digital video, editing software, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Soundboard, encore and Impression to burn DVD’s. Students will develop projects from the story board, to editing, to uploading on to CHS TV.
